Warranty
GM WROUGHT IRON , warrants that all the products designed, fabricated and installed by us, comply with
Australia
standards and are free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Workmanship Warranty : We provide 10-year warranty on fabrication workmanship. This covers
welds, fixings, alignment, and
structural
integrity.
Materials Warranty
Stainless steel components : 7 years against rust and structural failure
Aluminium and powder-coated finishes : 7 years against peeling, cracking, or excessive fading
(as per powder coat supplier’s warranty
conditions).
Glass panels : 7 years against delamination and manufacturing defects.
Third party products : Hardware and all others components, the warranty is subject by the
manufacturer provider
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover :
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations or improper use.
- Normal wear and tear, including minor surface scratches not caused by us.
- Corrosion or deterioration caused by neglect, harsh chemicals, or failure to carry out regular cleaning/maintenance (especially in coastal environments).
Conditions :
- Regular maintenance (cleaning at least every 3 months, or more frequently in coastal areas) is required to maintain warranty coverage.
- Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof attached.
